Before you Enter our office —
ALL PATIENTS WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE UPON ARRIVAL
PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE WAITING ROOM UNTIL INSTRUCTED TO DO SO
This is in accordance with the state’s request
that we maintain social distancing and utilize a “parking-lot” style waiting room. We will also utilize the rooms in our office to the full extent they are available.
CALL WHEN YOU ARRIVE —
When you arrive at the our office, you will be asked to wait outside until we are ready for you.
This will reduce the number of people in the office and reduce the amount of time you are close to other people.
Our staff ask that you limit the number of people you bring to the appointment. That could mean leaving your children at home or allowing older children to go into the office alone while their parent waits outside during their appointment
ALL PATIENTS WILL HAVE A TEMPERATURE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL AND WILL NEED TO FILL OUT AN ADDITIONAL COVID-19 QUESTIONNAIRE
WEAR YOUR MASK
ALL PATIENTS (AND ANY ACCOMPANYING ADULT FOR A MINOR) WILL NEED TO WEAR A MASK UNTIL BEING SEEN.
This can be a bandana, homemade mask or other similar mask as outlined by the CDC.
HAND SANITIZER IS AVAILABLE UPON ENTRANCE AND EXIT, PLEASE USE IT TO MINIMIZE ANY CROSS CONTAMINATION BETWEEN PATIENTS AND/OR STAFF.
We are happy and blessed to currently be seeing patients and are complying with the necessary steps to keep our patients and staff safe considering the COVID-19 pandemic. We are following our city, state, and national guidelines for re-opening and this has changed the way we are seeing patients. We ask for your corporation and your patience as we implement these changes. We are in this together, and we will get through this together.
